Before starting MileageTrackerPro,
use the www.MobilePro.net web site to create a
MileageTracker account.
Start MileageTrackerPro on your phone and follow the startup instructions to test syncing. If syncing was successful, you are ready to enter your distance
To add a distance item
a) Select Add from the menu.
b) Enter the distance amount.
c) Select OK from the menu.
d) Enter the distance particulars - Meeting with, Location and purpose.
e) Select OK from the menu to add the item.
When you get back from the trip, select the 'Sync Now' menu item and sync your handheld expenses with your web-based ExpenseLog.
From the website you can now further organize your mileage expenses by keeping track of which ones have already been paid or reimbursed. You can also export them to a spreadsheet fom the website.
